We have a 5 - 7 working day processing time for normal orders. For sales, however we push the time required to 2-4 weeks to adjust for the higher volume of orders.
Returns. We don't accept returns, please make sure you look at the listing photo and description thoroughly before you order.
Cancellations. You can cancel your physical order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order's shipping label is printed, whichever one comes first. Any orders with requested customisation can't be cancelled once production has started. If you want to cancel please email us at email@example.com.
Refunds. We cannot give refunds unless the physical product is faulty. Due to the unique nature of digital products, any digital item bought is therefore non refundable.
We no longer do customised item sheets as it extends processing time.
While there are multiple codes active, only one coupon can be used at a time.
We don't combine orders automatically as it often delays the turn around time. If you need to combine, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order numbers so we can get your open orders combined OR just leave a note in your latest order and request a combination - we will promptly refund one of your shipping cost.
If your order amount is lower than the limit for customs, it will not incur a fee. The threshold for customs fees depend on your country.
If there is something wrong with your order, such as a missing sheet, wrong stickers or badly cut, please send us a message at email@example.com and we'll get right on it.
