USA De Minimis Exemptions

Due to the recent change in regulations, US bound orders will now incur customs fees. However, Royal Mail has kindly given us the option to pay the customs fee for our customers upon posting. You do not need to do anything, we will handle everything on our end. However, please leave your phone number so Royal Mail can send postage updates. Thank you!

EU

Unfortunately due to mounting regulations from the EU: GPSR + item type fees + new packaging rules, we have decided to no longer take orders from the EU. We do apologise but it's just too much for us to navigate at the moment.

Postage Cost

This past year, our postal service has increased the cost of international post to an unsustainable amount. For example, anything over 100g going to USA will now cost £7.20 ($9.65) and because we charge a flat rate of £2.5 for all orders, it becomes a loss on our end if the order total doesn't even cover the cost of the post - which is the case for heavier stationery items. Because of this, we will no longer be sending bulky or heavy items like notebooks, albums, binders, notepads internationally. We can only send most of our large items within the UK now.

Going forward...

🌼 Because of all the obstacles we've been facing this year, we will be focusing more on providing digital products (no processing or shipping time and no customs).

🌼 We're looking at expanding our patreon rewards instead of doing regular physical sticker releases, although we will still be doing them every other month.

🌼 Now that we have cut out our biggest expense (the office & utilities), we don't have to raise prices for our sticker sheets and will be able to further reduce the prices of our larger stationery items.
